Canada would like to wish the 2008 Canadian Representatives the best of luck at
the FEI World Reining Championships.
It's a "first" for the international Reining scene! For the first time ever,
Italy will host a brand new FEI event, the 2008 FEI World Reining Championship
in Manerbio, Italy. Teams will compete for World Championship medals September
11-14. In past years, a World Reining Championship has only been offered during
the FEI World Equestrian Games held every four years. This year, teams will
compete for the prestigious World Championship medals outside the WEG.
Canada will be cheering loudly for its representatives:
-
Patrice St-Onge & Mister Hollywood Nic
-
Dave Young & Whiz Worth
-
Gregg Lauder & Sweet Rooster Lena
-
Amanda Self & Sans Especial Solanos

These talented Canadians will be competing this Friday, September 12 in the
Team Competition and than again on Sunday, September 14 in the Individual
Competition. There is to be a live Web Cast available at www.euroreining.com.
